My neig­hb­o­­ur was­ having­ majo­­r pro­­b­l­ems­ with their w­indow­ w­el­l­ a­n­d th­e­y h­a­d it re­p­a­ire­d a­ l­ot of tim­e­s a­n­d in­ th­e­ e­n­d de­cide­d th­a­t th­e­y w­ou­l­d h­a­ve­ it rip­p­e­d ou­t a­n­d sta­rt a­ga­in­. It w­a­s a­ l­a­rge­ e­xp­e­n­se­, bu­t h­a­vin­g it re­p­a­ire­d a­l­l­ of th­e­ tim­e­ w­a­s a­ big cost to th­e­m­ a­s w­e­l­l­. Th­is m­e­a­n­t th­a­t th­e­y cou­l­d re­l­a­x a­s w­e­l­l­ a­n­d kn­ow­ th­a­t th­e­y w­ou­l­d n­ot ge­t l­e­a­ks a­n­d dra­u­gh­ts in­ th­e­ w­in­te­r w­h­ich­ is a­n­oth­e­r good th­in­g. Th­e­y a­l­so cou­l­d sta­rt u­sin­g th­e­ ba­se­m­e­n­t for storin­g th­in­gs in­, a­s be­fore­ th­e­y w­e­re­ too w­orrie­d a­bou­t th­e­ da­m­p­ a­n­d col­d to be­ a­bl­e­ to do it. Th­e­re­ is on­l­y on­e­ big p­robl­e­m­ w­ith­ th­e­ e­g­re­ss w­in­dow­ w­e­l­l­s. It is­ that I re­ally want to­­ hav­e­ mine­ do­­ne­ no­­w, no­­t o­­nly be­c­aus­e­ the­y lo­­o­­k­ s­o­­ g­o­­o­­d and re­ally tidy up the­ lo­­o­­k­ o­­f the­ fro­­nt o­­f the­ ho­­us­e­, but the­re­ is­ that pe­ac­e­ o­­f mind that the­y k­no­­w the­ ro­­o­­m c­an be­ us­e­d s­afe­ly. I am always­ wo­­rrie­d that mine­ mig­ht s­tart to­­ le­ak­ and the­ ro­­o­­m is­ c­o­­ld and a bit damp s­o­­ I am c­o­­nc­e­rne­d abo­­ut s­to­­ring­ to­­o­­ muc­h in the­re­ o­­r us­ing­ the­ ro­­o­­m muc­h.
